🔍 1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect the minimum amount of data required to operate FixedMatches VIP and deliver our high-confidence football predictions. The information we handle falls into three groups.

Information You Provide

• Account details: if you register, we store a username, hashed password, and optional display preferences.
• Subscription data: if you join our VIP tier through Patreon, we receive a subscriber identifier from Patreon to verify your access. We never see your card number.
• Support messages: any text you send through our Crisp chat widget is processed so we can answer your question.

Information Collected Automatically

• Log data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps — used for security and abuse prevention.
• Usage analytics: aggregated, non-identifying signals such as which prediction pages are most viewed and approximate country.
• Session cookies: small tokens that keep you logged in and remember preferences.

What We Do NOT Collect

🤝 4. Third-Party Services

We integrate a small set of trusted services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data they receive.

Patreon

Handles all VIP subscription billing. When you subscribe, Patreon processes your payment and sends us only the minimal information needed to grant access. Visit our VIP page on Patreon for their privacy terms.

Cloudflare

Provides DDoS mitigation, caching, and SSL. Cloudflare temporarily processes connection metadata to keep the site online and secure.

Crisp Chat

Powers the chat icon at the bottom-right of every page. When you start a conversation, your message and basic browser metadata are processed by Crisp so we can reply.

Google Fonts & Analytics

Google Fonts may serve typefaces from Google's CDN. If Google Analytics is active, it collects anonymised usage statistics. We configure analytics to anonymise IP addresses.

🔐 5. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your information seriously and apply industry-standard safeguards:

• HTTPS everywhere: every page on fixedmatches.vip is served over TLS, encrypting traffic between your browser and our servers.
• Password hashing: passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing (bcrypt/argon2). Even our team cannot read them.
• Brute-force protection: repeated failed login attempts trigger temporary lockouts and IP throttling.
• CSRF protection: form submissions require single-use tokens to prevent cross-site request forgery.
• Access controls: only authorised administrators can reach the back-office, protected by strong credentials and session expiry.
• Backups: encrypted backups are kept for disaster recovery and rotated regularly.

🌍 6. User Rights — GDPR

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar laws, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

🔞 7. Children's Privacy

FixedMatches VIP is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Sports betting is illegal for minors in virtually every jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has created an account or sent us information, contact us immediately and we will delete the data and close the account. Parents and guardians: tools such as Google SafeSearch, NetNanny, and Qustodio can help block gambling-related sites.

⏰ 8. Data Retention

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Standard retention periods are:

• Active accounts: kept for as long as the account remains in use.
• Inactive accounts: automatically scheduled for deletion after 12 months of inactivity. We may send a reminder before deletion.
• Analytics data: aggregated usage records are retained for up to 90 days, after which only anonymised summaries remain.
• Security & access logs: retained for up to 6 months for fraud prevention and incident response.
• Support transcripts: retained as long as needed to resolve your issue, then archived or deleted.
• Legal records: some records may be retained longer where law requires (e.g. tax records).

📅 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features, legal changes, or improvements to how we handle data. When we do:

• We update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• For material changes, we display a prominent notice on the homepage or notify registered users via their account.
• Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your privacy is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time checkbox.
